Mary - Please pray that my husband that has been my best friend for the past 22 years will stop staying out at night playing poker. I think he is addicted to playing poker and pray that God puts a stop to this. I know that God can take control and bring my husband home at night where he belongs. Cynthia - Favor for a job. I have been applying fora teaching job with a visa sponsorship. I have two applications in line, I had been already interviewed in one but they have not gotten back to me for my final interview and teaching demo. I had been scheduled yesterday tentatively but they have not confirmed so I am still waiting for it to be rescheduled. Pray that I find favor and that I get this job, be offered a visa sponsorship before my visitor visa in the US expires on October 9.
Melonie - My husband is searching for employment and becoming very depressed and frustrated.  We are both Christians and both pray everyday that a job will come along for him.  He is a great father and he wants to contibute financially to our family.  We are very blessed to have each other and we could use someone else praying for us.  Thank you.
Saryn - Please for my brother who has recently suffered a stroke.  His speech and his walking are impaired.  Previously his eyesight was damaged and he is also suffering from diabetic ulcers.  He is a shut-in and very lonely.  His wife is his primary care giver and does not show any empathy.  These things could have been prevented if he had received medical care, but she is unwilling to take him to the doctor until it becomes an emergency.  We have found that her stories change on a continual basis so we can\'t believe anything she says.  My brother loves his wife and will not say a negative word about her, so we don\'t either.  Nobody knows what to do.  We have offered to take him to the doctor and he says his wife will take care of it, but she doesn\'t.  He now is trying to quit smoking (2 packs a day), with a patch.  She told me would try too.  But today she told me it is just too stressful for her to go the doctor and get a prescription right now.  Quitting smoking is a matter of life and death for him, he needs support.  She will not allow company into the house.  We don\'t know why.  We understand very little because none of it makes any sense.  But our God is a mighty God who understands all things.  He has the power to change my brother\'s life.  I need your help to pray, because my brother has no one else.  He will die if he continues to live this way, and it seems that now he does not have any choices.  He is totally dependant on his wife.

I have seeked God's guidance and direction regarding a number of things I am going through and am coming up empty for answers. Please pray that I can find a job that will give me steady income to where I am able to meet my obligations and keep a roof over my head. I want a place where I can finally be at home. (this has been going on for close to 3 years now) It has taken it's toll on my physically,emotionally and mentally and I no longer can afford to help myself without a miracle. Each time I think I followed God's leading I have been blessed... until I arrived here. I thought this was an answer to prayer and I found myself in a worse predictament. I don't trust my own decisions..I wait on God for answers and now I am running out of time because it seems there are no answers left. I am scared and alone. I have no support system even from the churches in the area..my friends and family are all gone. I know He has not abandoned me, but I am just not getting it any longer..I love the Lord and continue to serve Him in whichever way I possibly know how to.I am grateful for the things He has seen me through..right now all that seems like a different lifetime...I have less than 3 weeks before I am without anywhere to go. Please! Pray for me and that the enemy will have no power over me at this vulnerable time.

Damien - First the 'good news': I and my wife have been out of jobs for 1 year now. God provided for us during that one year mainly thru rent-free accommodation at my fiancé's parents' house. Now she has got a new job and so we had to move to Texas.
Now the 'not so good news':She has had to take a pay-cut from her previous job. I am still out of a job. Our income is less that our expenses in spite of cutting costs on all fronts. I am now in touch with a recruiter for a local position in a bank. Please pray that I get that job and that our financial position eases up at the earliest. John - My 15-year-old brother John was electrocuted & severely burned in a freak accident last Saturday. He is in critical, but stable condition. He lives in Romania, as my family are missionaries there. Please pray for complete healing for his 2nd and 3rd degree burns, that there would be no skin grafting necessary, and that he would have very minimal or NO pain; for spiritual & emotional healing for both him & my sister, who witnessed the entire accident; for peace, comfort & strength for him & our entire family; and for my dad to be able to fly back to Romania to be with him, as he currently stuck in the States due to the volcano in Iceland. As well my husband who is not saved (yet) -has been diagnosed with Hepatitis C and Level 4 cirrhosis of the liver (brought on by Hep C and alcohol abuse). I feel like I am drowning- I cry out to God but I don't think He hears me. I know that isnâ?Tt true, but I can't seem to build my faith up anymore. Depression seems to haunt me- I try andpray and read the word but just feel hollow. Can you please pray for me?

I have no control over anything because he controls the money. He is spending money lavishly, while I can barely pay bills. Susan - I'm a woman missionary from India. We are involved in evangelistic and other spiritual activities, exclusively among youth & women, in North India' cities and villages. This ministry was started four years ago. Mostly we are working among the poor people and people with physical handicaps. Our projects includes; preaching Gospel through-conducting vocational program, distributing tracts, etc. We also arrange tracts and Gospel related posters for distribution.

Amir.J - Our Dear Friend(27) went into hospital with a very serious brain tumour. The scan now shows that it is even more serious than they at first thought. It is in a part of the brain that it is very hard to get at to operate. The Consultants and Doctors are meeting today to decide what they should do so could you please pray for them and for our dear friend that the Lord will touch her. She and her husband are not walking with the Lord so could you pray that God will reveal Himself to them.

Brother Rick - Brooklyn -BLESSINGS! Your ministry started praying for me when I began a special daily shot of inteferon to fight cirroshis scarring & bring my hep c viral level down. I began this about 8-9 weeks ago as you may recall & have some good results. Initially: I lost nearly 20 pounds & developed anemia along w/ other side-effects.
But praise God my last blood work showed a 200 fold drop in Hep C viral load in only 1 month; normal tests is for a client doing well to have a 100 fold drop after 3 full months; but my dr. took labs after a month showing a drop from 2 million to 1,100, a level that takes others 3 or more months to reach and many don't reach @ all.
My weight is also gradually going up & per my dr. there are no traces of anemia but I must take a weekly shot of Procrit to prevent it from coming back.
Lastly my t-cells dropped which naturally happens w/ the inteferon..so I ask for continued prayers that the VIRAL LEVELS (HEP C & HIV) WILL GO TO UNDETECTABLE, ANEMIA NOT RETURN, MORE ENERGY & A RISE IN T-CELLS.
Also, the Lord is blessing me financially when I turned 55 in April I had 3 retirement funds made available to me 1 I rolled over in to a SCOTTRADE trading account, starting w/ about 30K. I hope that this will help supplement my disability insurance (although I won't touch any profits until 59 & 1/2 due to taxes) & ask that you pray that I have wisdom. My purpose is not to become rich but have more to give away; even on disability I never give less than 10% and sometimes up to 20+% a month. I am on track for a healthier summer and pray that you are too.

Mark - I am requesting prayer as I go on a job interview.  I recently interviewed for a position of a worker and did not get that position.  I am interviewing for a position as the supervisor of the worker position that I interviewed for.  I am praying for favor as I go on this interview.  I am having a very difficult time with the Director on my current position which has led me to look for employment else where.  I am also praying for favor in the eye sight of my Director and current supervisor

D-My Husband ignores our 12 yr. old sons needs. I thinks he's depressed over
job problems. He's also very quick to anger. It's gone on so long. My son is addicted to video games now. because him and dad don't have a real tight bond. I also worry myself sick that he has no role model. He's extremely shy and has anxiety at school. It's always me trying to keep everyone happy and it's not working. I feel neither one of them listens to me at all. Help.
